Orders typically arrive within 6–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

Your strange little body part is coming. It just has a long trip to make.

All orders are currently shipped from China.

Because our products are handmade personal-use squishies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or minor handmade variations.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Our squishies are handmade from food-grade silicone.

Food-grade does not mean edible.

Please do not eat the organs.

Our products are novelty sensory and stress-relief items and are not intended for young children.

They must not be bitten, chewed, licked, or swallowed.

Please keep them away from babies, young children, pets, and anyone who may put them in their mouth.

• Your order number
• A short description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping package if the item arrived damaged

Once we review the information, we’ll help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not send anything back unless we ask you to.

Because every piece is handmade.

Small differences in color, shape, texture, bubbles, surface details, or finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
